Southern California was not on our bucket list. But cold temps at night had us looking for places to visit where it was still warm. Ah-ha! Joshua Tree National Park!
We were amazed at the changing landscapes, the mountains, and the enormous boulder fields. Hikers were dwarfed by the size of them. And so was our RV.
Keys Point had breathtaking views toward the San Jacinto Mountain Range – with snow! And views of the Salt Sea, and the San Andreas Fault line.

Spring flowers were popping up, but not overly abundant – hard to grow much in sand – except cactus, and of course, Joshua Trees.
